This website is operated by Elite Mahjong Co. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. We ship within the United States and sell made-to-order mahjong sets, accessories and Mahj Club Shop items.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are representative; because every item is made to order and finished by hand, small variations in color and placement may occur.

Custom and personalized orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, names, initials, photos or designs you submit. By uploading a photo or design you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain offensive content. We may decline to produce any design at our discretion and will refund you in full if we do. Please review your preview or proof carefully; once an order enters production or a proof is approved, the design is final.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain errors in pricing or product information. Payment is collected at the time of order.

Shipping and delivery

Production times and shipping estimates are provided on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, returns for a change of mind are not accepted; damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.

Intellectual property

The Elite Mahjong Co. name, logo, site content and original designs are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Mahjong Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
