Made just for you

Every Elite Mahjong Co. set and accessory is made to order, and most are personalized. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size or color selected at checkout, or a design you approved.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect (for example a misprint, a missing or wrong tile, or the wrong item), contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@elitemahjongco.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected tiles or item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins, for a full refund. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

Personalized Design orders

Nothing is printed until you approve your proof. Once a proof is approved, the design is final and is not eligible for a refund due to design preference.

Small variations

Each set is finished by hand, so tiny variations in color and placement are a natural part of its character and are not considered defects.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
