Because every set is made to order and many are personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect (for example a misprint, or a missing or wrong tile), contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos. We'll replace the affected tiles or item at no cost to you, or issue a refund if a replacement isn't possible.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins, for a full refund. After production starts, orders can't be cancelled.
Personalized Design
For Personalized Design orders, nothing is printed until you approve your proof. Once you approve a proof, the design is final.
Small variations
Each set is finished by hand, so tiny variations in color and placement are a natural part of its character and aren't considered defects.
